I completed this project over the course of 5 months, and learned an incredible amount about UX Designing.
Tools used: Figma, Adobe XD, Mural, pen and paper
Duration: May - June, 2022
Role: UX Researcher, UX Designer
Project Background
This is a a pet support website for shelter and registration. It helps anyone with pets to Register, look for Shelter, Adoption and various other activities.
User Research Summary
I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs. A primary user group identified through research was pet owners who need to register for a new pet and also look out for shelters.
From this user group analysis, initial assumptions were confirmed about registration and shelters, but research also revealed that there were few other areas of improvement. Other user problems included details about adoptions, pet support, pet events around.
