I completed this project over the course of 5 months, and learned an incredible amount about UX Designing.
Tools used: Figma, Adobe XD, pen and paper
Duration: Jan - May, 2022
Role: UX Researcher, UX Designer
Project Background
We are building a new app for a trendy florist to help people order flowers. We would need to find out if the experience we created is easy and user-friendly to purchase flowers.
Challenges
-
Time - Many of them, especially working adults do not find time to step out to buy flowers and depend online.
-
Flower Info - Current Florist apps do not provide much info about the flowers.
-
Customization - Present, not many apps allow an option to customize your flowers/bouquets
-
Scheduling - Some users need flowers regularly and have to order every time from the start.
Paper Wireframes
Each screen of the app were picturized on paper to ensure that the elements that made it to digital wireframes would be well-suited to address user pain points.
